When will my furniture order be delivered?

Delivery timelines vary based on the item's availability. Most in-stock items are dispatched within 3-5 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that assembly of furniture may void your right to return.

Do you offer assembly services for large items?

Currently, we do not offer an in-house assembly service. However, all our furniture comes with comprehensive, easy-to-follow instructions and all necessary hardware for self-assembly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Clearpay for eligible orders.

Does my furniture come with a warranty?

Yes, all daals furniture items come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and workmanship to ensure your peace of mind.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If your order hasn't been processed for dispatch, we can assist with changes or cancellations. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request an amendment.
